Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of media, marketing, and related services provided by AmplifyGo, LLC, including its media division Amplify Visuals (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, booking services, or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

Property Readiness

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is camera-ready prior to the start of the scheduled arrival window. This includes all cleaning, decluttering, and staging.

  • Clients are expected to review and share the Amplify Visuals Getting Ready Checklist with homeowners or occupants prior to the appointment.

  • If our photographer arrives and the property is not ready, the property will be photographed “As Is.” No refunds or reshoots will be provided due to property condition.

  • Client input regarding preferred angles or areas of focus must be provided at the start of the appointment or submitted in the order comments.

  • If no guidance is provided, the photographer will use professional judgment and experience to determine the best angles and compositions.

Order Details & Accuracy

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate property and service details at the time of ordering, including square footage, property type, and service selection.

  • We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and adjust pricing accordingly (e.g., incorrect square footage).

  • Pricing applies to single-family residential properties only. Commercial, multi-unit, or specialty properties require a custom quote.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to applicable cancellation fees or credit policies as outlined at booking.

  • Weather-related limitations (such as drone restrictions due to wind or rain) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a service cannot be completed due to weather, the affected portion will be rescheduled without penalty after coordination with the Client.

Service Area Coverage

  • Amplify Visuals services properties within a 30-mile driving radius of our primary service area.

    Additional travel fees apply as follows:

    • 0–25 miles: No fee

    • 26–34.9 miles: $25

    • 35–39.9 miles: $50

  • Properties between 40–49.9 miles are reviewed case-by-case and may incur additional fees:

    • 40–44.9 miles: $75

    • 45–49.9 miles: $100

  • Properties 50+ miles are outside our service area and will not be serviced.

Hosting & Media Storage

  • Media hosting is guaranteed for one (1) year from the appointment date, excluding Matterport or 3D tour services.

  • Matterport and similar services are hosted until the property is sold or for a maximum of six (6) months, whichever occurs first.

  • After hosting expires, permanent storage becomes the Client’s responsibility.

Delivery Times

  • Next Business Day (before 5:00 PM):

    • HDR Photography

    • Aerial / Drone Media

    • Floorplans

  • Second Business Day (before 5:00 PM):

    • Cinematic Walkthrough Videos

    • Vertical Video

    • Agent On-Camera Video

    • Twilight Edits

    • Virtual Staging (when staging selections are provided same day as photo delivery)

  • Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Rights & Usage

  • Grant of Rights

    You grant AmplifyGo, LLC & Amplify Visuals a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to create, reproduce, display, distribute, sublicense, and use all media produced (“Work”) for portfolio use, self-promotion, marketing, education, editorial, and commercial partnerships.

  • All copyrights and ownership of the Work remain with AmplifyGo, LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Usage Rights

  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for:

    • Marketing the property

    • Promoting the Client’s real estate business or brand

  • Third-party platforms (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) may display the media only while the listing is active. Usage rights automatically expire once the listing is withdrawn or sold

  • Media may not be sold, sublicensed, altered, or reused for another listing without written permission. grant AmplifyGo, LLC & Amplify Visuals a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to create, reproduce, display, distribute, sublicense, and use all media produced (“Work”) for portfolio use, self-promotion, marketing, education, editorial, and commercial partnerships.

Releases & Authorizations

  • By booking services, the Client represents and warrants that:

    • They have authority from the property owner to authorize media creation.

    • All necessary permissions, releases, and clearances have been obtained.

    • Occupants have waived privacy expectations related to the media

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold AmplifyGo, LLC harmless for any claims arising from insufficient permissions or misuse of media. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for:

Indemnification & Hold Harmless

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AmplifyGo, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from:

    • Client breach of these Terms

    • Unauthorized use of media

    • Negligence or misconduct by the Client, property owner, or occupants

Communications, Email & SMS Consent

  • By submitting your information, booking services, or completing a purchase, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from AmplifyGo, LLC via email and SMS, including:

    • Appointment confirmations

    • Order updates

    • Service announcements

    • Promotions, offers, and company updates

  • You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by:

    • Clicking “unsubscribe” in emails

    • Replying STOP to SMS messages

    Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Modifications

  • AmplifyGo, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes
