Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that real estate moves quickly. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to remain flexible while respecting the time, planning, and resources reserved for each session.

Thing To Remember

  • Fill Out All Booking Details

  • Cancellation timelines are based on the scheduled appointment time

  • In-house credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded after issuance

Payment & Refunds for Cancellations

  • 48-Hour Notice for Refund

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

  • The 5% deduction covers non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Postponement & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice to Reschedule

    Appointments may be postponed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time at no additional charge.

  • Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show

    Cancellations or postponements requested within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and fall under the Client-Driven Service Cancellation policy below.

Client-Driven Service Cancellation

  • If the end client (homeowner, seller, or listing) cancels or no longer requires media services:

    • You will receive a full in-house credit for the amount paid

    • Credits may be applied to any future listing or service

    • Credits must be used within 90 calendar days of the original cancellation date

    • This policy allows you to stay flexible without losing the value of your investment.
